Q

What is accuracy in terms of fitness testing.

A

How well does the result reflect performance in test. How much error was due to the measurement of results or not adhering to protocols.
Ie.) The precision of testing equipment

7
Q

Difference between direct and indirect testing?

A

Direct testing measure the function of a fitness component. (ie. Vo2 max)
Indirect fitness tests are used to predict the level of fitness. (ie. predicts Vo2 hence aerobic capacity)
