Define Aerobic Capacity
The total amount of energy obtainable from the aerobic energy system.
Define anaerobic capacity
Total amount of energy obtainable from the anaerobic energy systems.
Define anaerobic power
How quickly energy can be produced by the anaerobic energy systems.
Define muscular strength
Muscles ability to generate force against an object
Define muscular endurance
Ability of a muscle or group of muscles to perform repeated contractions against a resistance for an extended period of time whilst fatiguing.
Define flexibility
The capacity for a joint to move through its range of motion
Define body composition
The make up whole body including fat and fat free mass (Teeth, bones, water, fat, muscle ect.)
Define muscular power
The ability of a muscle or muscle group to exert a maximum amount of force in the shortest period of time.
