The three types of inequality
Racial discrimination and ethnic discrimination

Gender or sex discrimination
EX! Women were not allowed to vote or even get the same jobs as men

EX! Same-sex marriage was not recognized at the state and federal level for years
Power of the federal government increasing over the states using selective incorporation
The bill of rights protects Citizens from government intrusion and there are privileges and immunities given to citizens such as due process of law’s and equal protection of the laws!
