Antirotational exercises
core exercises performed in a manner in which the exerciser resists forces that cause torso rotation; often unilateral in nature
ViPR
cylindrical tube with ergonomically placed handles and openings on both ends
Use of smaller battle ropes (1-1.5 in. diameter)
used for aerobic and muscular endurance adaptations, duration of 30 seconds of more
Use of heavier battle ropes (2 in. diameter)
used for strength, power, and anaerobic adaptations, duration of 30 seconds or less

comprised of an inflatable rubber bladder and hard-surfaced backing
