  • MOA: Alpha 2 ; vasodilation to decrease blood pressure
  • Adverse Effects: bradycardia w/ reflex tachycardia, postural hypotension, dizziness and sexual dysfunction
  • Contraindication: drug allergy & heart failure

  • MOA: inhibits angiotensin 1 to convert angiotensin 2
  • Adverse effects: dizziness, fatigue, headache, non productive cough
  • Contraindications: drug allergy, angioedema, lactation women
  • Indication: Hypertension and to reduce cardiovascular disease
