Q

What are the 3 aspects of intra psychic context?

A

1st involves perceptions which is the receiving end processing info. Perception gives experience meaning and people have diff perceptions of same things and can see these differences in likes and dislikes of people which can lead to conflict.

The 2nd refers to cognitive processes or way people understand things through thinking learning and remembering. Processes influence way we understand and read events. Our levels of ability differ so our experiences will also. What we learn influences way we interpret our worlds and cope with everyday life.

The 3rd concern emotions and personality. Our emotions indicate sense of involvement with people and events they add colour to experience. Our personality and emotions influence way we see and think about experience.

Q

Explain the social context of behaviour

A

Refers to our interaction with other people and the physical environment like workplace or home as well as culture and society we find ourselves in. The socio economic environment influences schooling facilities available and social exposure. The environment alone doesn’t determine behaviour as we can make choices which influence experience of life.

Our actions are influenced by kind of decisions we make no matter the environment we find ourselves in.
