Invisible barrier that exists for women and minorities that limits their upward mobility in organizations.
What is the opt-out trend?
Women are voluntarily leaving the workforce for various reasons.
What is the female advantage?
Women are more collaborative, less hierarchical, relationship-oriented, delivers what modern society requires of people.
What are the benefits of diversity initiatives and programs?
Improving morale, decreasing interpersonal conflict, facilitating progress in new markets, increasing creativity.
What are the intangible benefits of diversity initiatives and programs?
Enhances structures and policies, expands recruitment efforts, establishes mentor relationships, increases sexual harassment awareness.
What are multicultural teams?
Made up of members from diverse national, racial, ethnic, and cultural backgrounds.
