Q

Can someone exercise regularly and still be considered pretty inactive? How?

A

YES THEY CAN. Because they workout once a day but if they just sit and do nothing the rest of the day then they can be inactive. THey need to workout and move throughout the day multiple times to not be considered inactive

Q

If we exercise, do we need to make sure we don’t spend too much time being inactive? How and Why?

A

YES WE DO because if we only workout for 45min in the day then we are still being super inactive during the day and aren’t considered active and can still get the bad diseases. BUT if we work out throughout the day multiple times a day (even walking) then we will be chillin

A

Basically if you workout the obese and nonobese genes will all be the same level of effectiveness and will not affect your ability to have higher body fat or lower body fat BUT IF YOU DO NOT WORKOUT THEN THE OBESE GENE WILL CAUSE YOU TO HAVE A HIGHER BODY FAT % AND IF YOU HAVE THE NONOBESE GENE THEN YOU WILL HAVE A LOWER BODY FAT 5
