Movement Impairments
Movements that show muscle imbalances or limited mobility.
Muscle Imbalance
Muscles on each side of a joint have altered length-tension relationships.
Overhead Squat Assessment (OHSA)
Check dynamic posture, core stability, and neuromuscular control of the body.
Single-Leg Squat Assessment
Check dynamic posture, lower-body strength, balance, and overall coordination in a single-limb stance.
Pushing/Pulling Assessment
