- ARVC
- CPVT
- LV non compaction with LV dysfunction or arrhythmias
- HCM with multiple RF’s or VT/SCD history
- DCM unrelated to Athlete’s heart
- Exercise induced heart block
- Exercised induced arrhythmias
- MFS with Aortic dilatation
- Significant Aortic dilatation
- Coronary artery aneurysm with ischemia
- OAC when playing in a traumatic sport
- Pulmonary Htn
- Cyanotic Congenital heart disease
