SUGARS, sources: Jam, honey, sugar, fruit and milk
STARCHES, sources: Cereals, potatoes,pulse and root vegetables.
DIETARY FIBRE, sources: Fruit and veg, brown rice, brown bread.

Absorbs water, bulky. Causes peristalsis (a muscular movement) as it moves through the body. Pushes food and unwanted waste out of the body.
