those who do not directly interact with the business but are affected somehow

3 internal stakeholders
owner
manager: person who has the responsibility for helping business to achieve the objectives of the business
employees: ppl who work for the business, who expect to be trainer and treated properly
expectations of Internal stakeholders
Managers and employees want to be paid fairly, and be able to work in a safe environment. want higher wages so they can feel sense of interest to the business and be motivated.
owners: want to maximise profit the business makes as compensation for the risks they have take in owning or running the business
External stakeholders
Customers- want the business to produce a wide range of quality products at reasonable prices. They also have an interest in regard to the safety of the goods and services produced.
The general community- has a stake in the business because it provides jobs, which generate economic activity within the community. They are also concerned about the impact that business operations have on the environment.
Suppliers -provide resources to a business that are used in the production process. They expect to be paid promptly and in full. Business’ expect to receive quality goods from suppliers and for suppliers to behave in a socially responsible manner.
