- Polio

How does bulbar palsy present?
A
- Palsy of: Tongue, Facial muscles and Swallowing
- Sign appear like LMN signs: Flaccid, fasciculating tongue
- Gag reflex decreased
- Jaw jerk normal
- Speech may be nasal or quiet
