A
  • 3 to 5 stories in height
  • 20’ to 25’ wide
  • about 60’ deep
  • Interior is made of combustible construction
  • Exterior shell is made of non-combustible material
  • Built in the late 1800’s as private dwellings
  • Layout - first floor (Basement), second floor (Parlor floor), underneath the Basement is the Cellar.
  • NOTE: B/c of non-combustible exterior shell, think of Brownstones fires as a ONE BUILDING FIRE
