tx of ESFT
aggressive malignancy
-neuadjuvant chemo with surgical excision
multinucleated osteoclast giant cells
in giant cell tumor
-aka osteoclastoma
prognosis of giant cell tumor
benign, but locally aggressive
in 20-40yo
soap bubble
giant cell tumor in epiphysis

-40-60% recur locally
4% mets to lungs
denosumab - RANKL inhibitor - adjuvant therapy
