What are the precautions before blood transfusion?
A
Blood should be taken from healthy donors
Transfused blood should be stored in cold conditions not exceeding 21 days
Blood grouping and double cross matching tests should be done to avoid incompatible blood transfusion reactions

A
Agglutination of donor’s RBCs
Hemolytic jaundice
