Vitamin C - prevents scurvy formation of collagen in tissues/ skin
vitamin A- helps improve vison and keep healthy skin and hair
Vitamin D- absorbs Calcium
prevents rickets and osteoporosis

Age- children teenagers need more energy than older people need energy to move , generally more active than older people.
Pregnancy- they have got to provide energy the energy their babbies need to develop
Activity level- The more active you are the more energy you loose so you need more energy to replace the energy you have lost
