What tissue are plants covered in?
Epidermal.
Which tissue is responsible for carrying out the most photosynthesis?
Mesophyll.
Which tissue transports water around the plants?
Xylem.
Which tissue transports sugars around the plant?
Phloem.
What tissue allows gases in and out of a plant leaf?
Stomata.
Where is the waxy layer located?
Around the upper epidermis.
Where is the upper epidermis located.
Top of the cell inside the waxy layer.
Where are the palisade cells located?
Under the upper epidermis.
Where is the spongy cell located?
Middle of the cell.
Where is the stomata located?
Mostly in the lower epidermis.
But some can be found in the upper epidermis.
