How does breath sounds originate?
A
By air flow in narrow parts of the respiratory system under physiological conditions.

What causes tracheal and bronchial sounds?
A
caused by air flow in larynx, trachea and bronchi, audible during expiration.

What causes alveolar sounds?
A
Bu the air flow into the alveoli during inspiration. Only audible for a short time or non detectable in healthy animals.

Where can you hear tracheal sounds?
A
Clavicular depression in humans and on the ventral side of the neck in animals.

Between the scapulae in humans and on the thoracal sides in animals
