Explain the process of atrial detection?
A
- median atrial cycle length is in detection zone
- AT/AF counter gets to 3 = Onset => mode switch
- initial detection occurs when counter gets to programmed “ V Beats for Atrial Detection” value (32 or 40 beats)

A
About 30 seconds to allow for spontaneous termination

Resets to zero

- 7 AS or 5 AP events
- SR with consistent FFRW
- episode is reclassified after therapy is delivered
