Cézanne: Large bathers
Description of 1
There are a group of large, disproportioned nude women in the foreground. Women and trees crate a triangular composition. The triangular shape is inverted at the bottom in the women’s arms. The lake/river in between the two pieces of land is almost the same colour as the sky creating a flat space.

Van Gogh: The Night Café
Description of 2
Depicts the interior of a pool café. Majority fo the panting is the sulphuric yellow colour of the cafe floorboards. Then there is a sickly green billiard table outlined in harsh black lines. Beside the table is a man blankly. The lower yellow walls and dark red walls above that lead to a green ceiling. Around the walls are tables with a few people at them.

Description of 3
The ground is red and flat , there is very little dimension. There are women lining, from the top left corner to the bottom right. Some are praying. Protruding from the bottom right of the canvas is a tree. It creates a diagonal line through the canvas. In the top right there is a winged man fighting another person.

Lots of red. Red table cloth, red walls. Lemon on the table balanced by small lights outside the window. Open window showing that it is nighttime outside. Blue pattern on the wall follows on to the tablecloth. On the far right, there is a maid with a white apron arranging fruit in a bowl.

Shows five women dressed in dark, expensive-looking clothing. The painting has a sickly green hue to it. The woen are elongated and angular.

Very realistically painted. A block on the left with a branch , with clocks drooped over the edges as if fabric. The clock at the bottom left corner is covered in flies. In the centre is a face-like creature with long eyelashes. Another clock is draped over it. In the background d us an ocean and a mountain to the right
