- we become anxious before competition starts (1hr 30 mins before) so method to control anxiety could be deployed before this time

- increased competition
- running out of time when loosing

Advantages: -efficient, quick, Cheap • Deals with lots of info • Allows easy comparison • Lots of people at the same time Disadvantages: -biased answers • Misunderstand/ leading questions • Depends on mood • Subjective • Low response rate
