Q

What happens in early stage PCa?

A
  1. atypical tumour cell proliferation - promoted by DHT-induced activation of AR signaling axis
  2. Blockage + reduction circulating androgens - induce tumour regression
  3. Hormonal manuiplations to reduce circulating androgens
