Potassium channel blocker
- prolong repolarisation by inhibiting K+ efflux > prolongs AP
- ‘resets SAN’

- Lung fibrosis
- heptatotoxic
- optic neuritis (transient blindness)
- thyroid toxicity
- peripheral neuropathy
- blueish/grey skin
