How do Pitch and Roll control compare to NORM LAW?
Pitch: normal G-load but reduced protections
Roll: direct in stead of roll rate (rate depends on airspeed)
What happens to turn coordination in ALTN LAW?
Turn coordination is lost
What happens when the gear is extended in ALTN LAW?
You go to DIRECT LAW
What happens to the Pitch and Roll protection when in ALTN LAW?
Bank angle protection is LOST (DIRECT LAW)
No Pitch Angle Protection, Load Factor limitation is the same als in NORM LAW
In ALTN LAW, ALPHA Protection is lost. What replaces it and what is the top of the barber-pole showing?
Low speed stability replaces ALPHA PROT

What happens at Vsw?
Crickets, “STALL, STALL”
How does hight speed stability work in ALTN LAW?
Can it be overwritten?
A nose up command is introduced at any time the airplane exceeds VMO/MMO to keep the speed from increasing further.
It CAN be overwritten by the side stick
Can you stall the aircraft in ALTN LAW?
Yes
Is Alpha Floor available in ALTN LAW?
No
