Without permission from ATCU of the ATZ
Have got info from FISO in FIZ

Whilst flying must:
Continuous listening watch
Watch for visual signals
Report position and height

Don’t enter ATZ unless:
Permission from ATZ/info from Air Ground (A/G) station

Must maintain appropriate radio frequency

Must report position and level on entering/leaving

A

Damp - Change in colour due to moisture

Wet - Soaked but no standing water

Water patches - Significant standing water visible

Flooded - Extensive standing water visible

(assessed/reported to pilots in 3rds e.g wet,wet,damp)
