Gently stroke throat, syringe small amount of water into mouth to encourage swallowing

Patient weight (kg), dose rate (per kg), strength of medication
What is the formula for calculating dosage of medication?
(weight x dose rate per kg) / strength of medication
How to convert a % solution into mg/ml?
Multiply the % by 10
