History: - parent and school reports - screening questionnaires - background info regarding risk - review of differentials and comorbidities Examination: - school observation - observation in clinic room
Can ADHD go away?
Symptoms usually remain in childhood and core ones can persist into adulthood
Some will grow out of it as part of their brains developmental process
