A

At junction of distal 1/3 and proximal 2/3 of the sole, from the base of the second toe to the heel. Point found in depression formed when foot in plantar flexion. PP 0.5 - 1.0 inch.

N: Second common plantar digital nerve

C: None

I: Hot flashes

A: Clears empty heat

Kd 2 - Spring Point

A

Anterior and inferior to the medial malleolus, in the depression on the lower border of the navicular tuberosity. PP 0.5 - 1.0 inch.

N: Branches of the medial curral cutaneous nerve and the medial plantar nerve.

C: None

I: Irregular menses

A: Clears empty heat

A

In the depression between the medial malleolus and the calcaneal tendon, level with the prominence of the medial malleolus. PP 0.5-1.0 inch or toward UB 60.

N: Tibial nerve

C: Posterior tibial artery and vein

A

In the depression of the lower border of the medial malleolus or 1 cun inferior to the prominence of the medial malleolus. Point found between tendon sheaths. PP 0.3 - 0.5 inch or PO 0.3 - 0.5 inch superiorly.

A

With the knee flexed, point is on medial side of popliteal fossa between the semitendinosus and semimembranosus tendons, level with UB 40. PP 0.8 - 1.5 inch.

N: Medial femoral cutaneous nerve.

C: None

I: Dysuria

A: Resolves dampness
