Ht 1
In the centre of the axilla on the medial side of the axillary artery. PP 0.5-1.0 inch.
N: Ulnar nerve and median nerve
C: Axillary artery and pneumothorax risk w/ lung medially
I: Palpitations

With elbow flexed, point is at medial end of transverse cubital crease in depression anterior to the medial epicondyle of the humerus. PP 0.3-0.5 inch.
N: Medial antebrachial cutaneous nerve.
C: Basilic vein
I: Anxiety

On the radial side of the flexor carpi ulnaris tendon, 1 cun proximal to the transverse crease of the wrist when supinated. PP 0.3-0.5 inch or obliquely 0.5-1.0 inch.
N: Ulnar nerve
C: Ulnar artery

Ht 7 - Source point of Heart
On transverse crease of wrist, in the articular region between the pisiform bone and the ulna in the depression on the radial side of the flexor carpi ulnaris tendon. PP 0.3-0.5 inch or obliquely 0.5-0.7 inch.
N: Ulnar nerve
C: Ulnar artery
I: Palpitations
A: Calms the mind
Ht 9 - Well point
On radial side of little finger about 0.1 cun posterior to the corner of the nail bed. PP 0.1 inch or PO 0.1-0.2 inch proximally or prick to cause bleeding.
N: Branches of ulnar nerve
C: None
