Clearing Accumulated Dose?

A
  • Press DOSE- see accumulated dose
  • Press and hold DOSE + CLR/TEST KEYS
  • display will flash and then clear accumulated dose
  • return to Rate mode- PRESS RATE KEY

Note:accumulated dose is NOT cleared when Ultra Radiac is turned off

Source Finder Mode…

A
  • locate and isolated source using AUDIBLE SOURCE
  • unit will start clicking near radioactive material
  • closer to radiation/click faster
  • aim TOP OF UNIT AT the suspected source of radiation

Enable Source Finder Mode:
-press and hold RATE key until display changes to flashing “I”/then release Rate key
Exit Source Finder Mode
–press and hold the RATE key/display flashing “0”/release Rate Key
