Ensuring the product is safe to eat consistently.

Following and enforcing safe operating procedure in the work place.
Follow Product Formulation/Recipe
Follow the instructions provided to insure a quality food product.
Follow Product standards
Do not release food that uses ingredients that do not meet product standards or other factors that do not.
Proper Storage
Properly store ingredients or the product to ensure contamination is prevented.
Quality assurance
Guaranteeing that product is what it is labelled and listed as (If it says low calorie, it has to be low calorie).
