A
2 tendons to each finger, they run in sheaths - when these sheaths thicken, a pulley is created - swelling in tendon catches on the pulley created

A
1 - clicking sensation with movement of digit, 2 - lump in palm under pulley, 3 - use other hand to unlock finger, 4 - clicking progressing to locking

A
palpable lump in palm over A1 pulley, feel the triggering around the A1 pulley
