I. Engine System (pt 1)
A
- Major coolant leak, Class 3 oil leak, or Class 2 Fuel leak
- Overheating
- Low engine pressure

A
- Contaminated coolant or oil
- Stop engine light
- Won’t start

A
- Alternator not maintaining voltage (not charging)
- bad Batteries
- Headlights out (can run during day, but needs to be fixed before night)

A
- Audible air leak with parking brake released or when released and service brake applied
- Vehicle pulling when brakes applied
- Rotors/drums/brake pads that are worn beyond minimum

A
- Friction surfaces (brake shoes) that have oil/grease on them
- Failure in any part of the brake test (Air leakage 2psi/3psi; Low air alarm; Automatic activation; Rate of build up; Air compressor cut in/ cut out; Parking brake / and service brake test)
- Class 2 leak in the brake system

A
- Aerial master or aerial PTO will not engage
- Stabilizers or aerial device is not operational
- Hydraulic system defective
- Frayed cables
- Structural deformity to aerial device
