Biological protective factors
- Adequate nutrition + hydration

Mindfulness meditation
The practice of medication in which an individual focuses on their present experience to promote feelings of calm + peace.
- Causes them to pay attention to the present moment + can improve emotional reactivity, reduce stress, + reduce rumination.
