A

Linked to a network so it can be accessed remotely
Each user can access the same document of different from their own pc
If one computer has a problem not all are affected
Viruses spread easily
Complex to spread easily

A

Performs one process at a time, creates a queue
Time slices are short and give the user the impression that program is running continuously
Slower processing than multiprocessor OS
less reliable
Failure of processor = failure of system
