A

A

Copy of selected folders at a given point
Creates a snapshot of selected files and folders in a destination you can brown and access at a later date without needing to run a backup manager

Used to increase the efficiency of file storage and backup. Used to send large documents as an email document

Faster file transfer
Compressed files must be uncompressed to be accessed so the recipient must have the tools to decompress
