Carotide interne -> Art ophtalmique ->

1) Circulation choroidienne = Nutrition des couches profondes de la retine:
Art ciliaires posterieures -> Tête du nerf optique => NOIA
- Horton
- Atherome

2) Circulation retinienne:
Art centrale de la retine -> Retine
=> OACR
- Embolies (atherome de la carotide interne ou cardiopathie emboligène)
- Thromboses (Horton)
- Tbles de la coagulation

  • Episodes antérieurs d’amaurose fugace
  • Asymetrie pupillaire (diminution du RPM direct)
  • FO: Oedème papillaire + Hemorragies en flammeches
