Q

What is bond equilibrium and it’s properties?

A

-energy is absorbed in the reactants to break the old bonds, and energy is released in the products when the new bonds are formed
Equilibrium: when the reaction goes left to right at the same rate. Product formation equals reaction break down.

Q

Define endergonic reactions

A

Energy is absorbed (think endermen stealing energy)

17
Q

Define Exergonic reactions

A

Energy is released (think Exorcist releasing an evil spirit from a house)
