Q

How to find the rate constant from a graph?

A

k= Ae -^Ea/RT

OR

Ln K = -Ea/RT + LnA

Where slope = -Ea/RT
Intercept= lnA

Q

What is the rate limiting step?

A

The slowest steps which limits everything else

It must satisfy collision theory, where 2 atoms can collide; 3 cant or 1 Atom colliding/ breaking
∑of all steps = stoichiometric equation
the orders must reflect the rate equation
