LOC
Decrease in blood flow to the brain, usually hypotension or other cardiac causes (valvular disease, arrhythmia)
Some, like dissection or PE can be fatal.
Vasovagal – vagus nerve related.

When might you have a permanent pacemaker put in?
A
for sick sinus, AF, long QT, congenital heart disease, some cardiac transplants.
