This verb has both long- and short-vowel stems:
τίθημι: long-vowel stem θη-; short-vowel stem θε-

The future and aorist passive have their usual endings
Note: For the aorist passive of τίθημι, what would be expected to be ἐ-θέ-θη-ν becomes ἐ-τέ-θη-ν by dissimilation, i.e., change of θ to τ to avoid two aspirated consonants in neighboring syllables.
