Q

when does “when have a tilde”?
just answer in English

A

the word “when” has an accent only if it is an interrogative or exclamatory, in a direct or indirect question. not if its a temporal connector to a subordinate clause
cuando uses subj if it is a future and uncertain event (Cuándo tenga tiempo, llámeme) , uses indic if you are asking about a specific and expected event (¿Sabe cuándo comienza la reunión?”)
