Do not begin a descent or commence and apprach when the reported weather at the destination is below the lowest compatible approach mins.

On arrival procedures, must maintain last assigned altitude until receiving authorization to descend.

cleared: follow the lateral confines of the arrival, NO descent authorized.
Descend Via: follow published
Normal final vector to final provited by ATC
3 NM from FAF 30* max
If ATC vectors you accross the final approach course what do you do?
Do not turn inbound on the final approach course unless cleared.
Query ATC
4 Position reports when making an instrument approach at an NTA?
- Departing FAF inbound
- Established on final approach segment or immediately upon being released by ATC
- Completion or termination of approach
- Executing the missed approach procedure
