What is auto radiography?
A
Auto radiography uses radioactivity to generate an image of the cell or tissue.

What is the process of auto radiography?
A
It’s is done by introducing a radioactive substance, either by a metabolic pathway bound to a receptor, enzyme or hybridised to a nucleic acid. We then use the decay of this substance to create an auto radiography image.

What is X-ray crystallography? Why is it done?
A
It’s a method used to determine the arrangement of atoms within a crystal.
It is done to solve the crystal structure of
Proteins, cholesterol and vitamins, haemoglobin and myoglobin etc..
