• obtained from Admin must be completed in full
• forwarded to DC scheduled to be on duty during the Ride-on to ensure there are no conflicts.
• forms will then be forwarded to the Fire Chief or designate for approval.

Applicants from academic institutions other than high school co-op program.

Answer 2

-restricted to a “One Time Only” request consisting of one tour of duty during the day or night shift up to 2200hrs.

Question 3

All Applicants will be allowed to ride-on the vehicles provided…..

• there is sufficient space
• the applicant while riding on the vehicle to an emergency call, will remain with the vehicle at all times until the scene is secure. The applicant will not be placed in danger at any time.

-neat, clean, intact and tidy clothing. Ripped or patched clothing, track pant, muscle shirts, hats or caps and similar items are not acceptable.
