Dry tasting of Chardonnay
According to the climate. Lemon/gold colour. If cool climate, aromas of apple, pear, lemon, lime, wet stone notes, high acidity, medium alcohol, light/medium body. If moderate climate, aromas of ripe citrus, melon and stone fruit, medium+/high acidity, medium/full alcohol, medium/medium+ body.
Dry tasting of Pinot Gris/Grigio
Gris or Grigio according to the style. Lemon/gold colour. Aromas of stone and tropical fruit. Dry/sweet, medium acidity, medium/high alcohol, medium/full body.
Dry tasting of Sauvignon Blanc
Lemon colour. Aromas of grass, bell pepper and asparagus (cc: gooseberry, grapefruit, wet stones - wc: ripe fruit, passion fruit). High acidity, medium alcohol, medium body.
Dry tasting of Riesling
According to the style. Lemon/gold colour. Aromas of lemon, grapefruit, peach, stony/steely character (toast, honeyed and petrol-like aromas with ageing). Dry/sweet, high acidity, low/medium alcohol, light/full body.
Dry tasting of Cabernet Sauvignon
Deep ruby colour. Aromas of violet, blackcurrant, black cherry and menthol or herbaceous flavours. High acidity, high tannin, medium/high alcohol, medium/full body.
Dry tasting of Merlot
Ruby/purple colour. Medium/pronounced intensity of aromas according to the climate (cc: strawberry and red plum with herbaceous flavours - wc: cooked blackberry, black plum). Medium acidity, medium tannin, medium/high alcohol, medium/full body.
Dry tasting of Pinot Noir
Pale ruby colour. Aromas of strawberry, raspberry, red cherry (earth, game and mushroom notes with the ageing). High acidity, low/medium tannin, medium alcohol, medium body.
Dry tasting of Syrah/Shiraz
Deep ruby/purple colour. Medium/pronounced aromas of violet, plum, blackberry, black pepper, herbal notes. Medium/high acidity, medium/high tannin, medium/high alcohol, medium/full body.

Deep ruby colour. Aromas of ripe red fruit (strawberry, red plum, red cherry) spicy, herbal notes. Low acidity, low/medium tannin, high alcohol, full body.

Pale ruby colour, low intensity of red cherry, medium/high acidity, low/medium tannin, medium alcohol, light/medium- body.
Dry tasting of Sรฉmillon
Low/medium intensity of apple, lemon (grassy note if under ripe; honey and dried fruit if botrytis-affected). Medium/medium+ acidity, medium alcohol, medium body.
Dry tasting of Cabernet Franc
Medium/high intensity of redcurrant, raspberry, violet (can have leafy note). High acidity, medium tannin, light/medium body.
