A
- person visits after being in a low impact collision with neck and shoulder pain
- they have memory loss and trouble sleeping
- soft tissues may be damaged (lig. facet capsules and muscles)

A
- did you hit your head?
- did you fall unconscious? 3. if so for how long?

- NO MANUAL in cerv. spine
- if they also have a sprain/strain grade 2+ then AVOID HVLA for 3 weeks
