Q

ID the artery

A

Ovarian Artery

Branch of the aorta; Ovarian artery courses in the suspensory ligament of the broad ligament of the ovary. Then the medial side of the ovary attaches to the lateral fundus of the uterus via the ovarian ligament. There are no blood vessels in the ovarian ligament, but instead travel in the mesosalpinx to then anastamose with uterine branches.
