What causes physiological nipple discharge?
A
May occur up to one year after breast feeding.
Galactorrhea: if not pregnant look for endocrinopathy
Medications: antihypertensives, gastrointestinal agents, hormones, opiates, psychotropic agents

What are the mammogram guidelines?
A
- Every other year mammograms 50-74
- 40-49 start discussion and assessment with the patient in the context of the patient’s history
- Benefit over 75 is insufficient
